To make pour-over coffee, start by rinsing the filter. Add grounds, then pour a small amount of water for a 30-second bloom. Continue with a slow, steady main pour in circles until the desired amount is brewed. This method ensures a clean, evenly extracted and flavorful cup.

1. Damaged Products

Refunds/replacements are provided for damage reported within 30 days of delivery, supported by photo/video evidence. Returns are usually not required.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

Customers are eligible for a refund or replacement upon submitting photo/video evidence of the incorrect or missing items.

3. Canceled Orders

Full refunds are given for orders canceled before processing or shipping, excluding print-on-demand and pre-order products.

4. Delayed Orders

Refund/replacement available if tracking is stalled or expired after 60 days from shipping.

5. Refunds for Delivered Orders

If an order is tracked as delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required to process a refund.
